This air conditioning specialist company in the Hills District engineers, designs and manufactures reverse cycle split ducted air conditioners and packaged air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. An opportunity has become available to work under the wing of a professional Maintenance Technician who can teach you the tricks of the trade!

As the Maintenance Apprentice, your duties will include:

• Responding to machinery / equipment breakdowns
• Liaising with production employees
• Ensure storage and maintenance of tools / equipment
• Testing new products
• Most importantly - keeping down time of production to a minimum!

This person will get to learn about every aspect of the factory - assembly, programming and operating machines, design, and maintenance. There is also an opportunity to do a double trade (e.g. electrical and engineering)

The lucky Apprentice will:

• Be methodical and mechanically minded
• Be interested in becoming a Maintenance Technician
• Be keen to learn
• Be able to follow processes and procedures
• Not be afraid of getting a little dirty!

Own transport is preferable. You will be required to attend TAFE one day a week. RDO's, company uniform and onsite parking will be offered to the successful applicant.
