The Role
As Team Leader you will be responsible for the running of a small team of fundraisers. Rosters, mentoring and coaching will also be some of your daily duties, but most of all leading from the front and meeting individual targets. You will be assigned to one charity and will further enhance your team's skills and assist with development of new trainees. This is a role for one who is self motivated and enthusiastic about life, someone who stands out above the rest and is a social butterfly who can adapt in conversation with anyone you meet. You need to be passionate about your team's success and the charity you will be representing.
  
Your working environment will always be in the field, shopping centre's and malls, busy street locations and railway stations, promoting the charity and inspiring people to become monthly financial supporters Your normal working hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with the odd Saturday shift when needed.
 
What we are looking for
Team leading or management experience is essential for this role.  A successful applicant will have experience working in face 2 face fundraising or direct cold sales, door 2 door or promotions, training and coaching of sales teams or motivational speaking.

$60 commissions for sign ups.
