A nationally recognised household name is on the look out for Experienced Business Account Managers to join their high performing team within Brisbane, CBD.
With your innate ability to manage key customer partnerships, you will become an integral part of their Inbound Contact Centre.
These positions will commence late October, 2010. You will be working on a varying roster between the hours of 7:00am - 7.00pm. Monday to Friday in an open plan Contact Centre.
The Role:
This is a phone based inbound role that includes the following (but not limited to):
- Managing key customer partnerships - Delivering end to end customer resolutions - Maintaining and developing relationships and conducting proactive sales for their customers' business needs
To make this the foundation for your career, you would demonstrate:
- Prior experience in an account management and sales position - Experience of the business to business market - Sound knowledge of the telecommunications industry (highly regarded, but not essential. Essential skills and attributes include: - A proven ability to exceed business targets - The ability to resolve customer disputes by utilising good business judgment - Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills - A team player and a desire for personal development focus - A passion for customer service and an understanding of business customers - Self motivation and a desire for success This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a leading and well known Organisation!
