You will be involved in training, development and managing staff to achieve KPI's, stock management and visual merchandising. Most importantly, you will be inspired to be hands on with your team, enabled and ready to make a mark within your store. Whilst leading by example, you will set a positive standard for your people to be engaged, inspired and ready to give market leading customer service.



You will have managed a team of at least 10 staff or more, be a positive communicator, motivator, hard worker and leader and have experience with volume stock management, strong VM skills and strong commercial sense. Your history will highlight these abilities proving an excellent track record of success.



Initially based in the city, opportunities will soon exist in other locations throughout Melbourne. The rewards are there for the taking.
