About the role: In this role you will be responsible for the successful running of your store and are the main support network for the Store Manager. You will provide close communication with all members of staff including liasing with the Area Manager on behalf of your Store Manager. Your focus should be primarily about the achievement of SALES and SERVICE and take action to achieve the best results through your team. You will be responsible for: - Achievement of store sales budgets
- Stock control and merchandising
- Team training and development
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Resolution of conflict
To be successful in the role you will have: - Some supervisory experience of direct reports
- Fashion experience is desirable
- High levels of customer service
- Retail sales experience
