Property Manager
This large, well known agency is one of the highest performers in this large franchise group. Due to growth, they are now seeking a mature minded, highly experienced Property Manager to manage a busy portfolio of 200 properties using the MacPro system. Work smarter, not harder utilising the newest Property Management systems & technology.
With an outstanding base salary and commissions paid for re-lets & new business this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to finally earn the big bucks!
Our client is seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least 2 years Property Management experience with a focus on delivering high level customer service. Experience with Macpro is desirable & a good knowledge of the South Eastern suburbs would be advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria:
· An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement)
· 2 years Property Management experience
· Drivers licence
Day to day duties include:
· Managing a local portfolio capped at 200 properties
· Handling repairs and maintenance
· Preparing and attending VCAT when required
· Open for inspections
· Rent arrears
The successful candidate will be:
- A highly experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
- An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
- Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
- Professionally presented
- Have outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Reporting to the supportive Director you will be able to focus on your portfolio with full admin support & streamlined systems.
Salary package of up to $55K + commissions paid for the right candidate.
