Working with the Canberra Property management team, you will be responsible for several commercial properties folio of properties utilising your engineering/trade background. To be successful in this role you will ideally have: - Experience managing commercial properties
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical services, mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems.
- The ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines.
- A strong work ethic to meet goals and performance targets.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Professional presentation skills
