The Organisation
With the recent boom in the Australian Oil and Gas industry, you now have the opportunity to join this respected organisation as a pivotal member of the Process Automation team, based in Brisbane.

The Position
Crucial to your success is your ability to work in a highly autonomous position and draw on your previous senior level sales experience to present a methodical and strategic approach. In addition, you are competitive by nature, can work collaboratively with colleagues and other business units both locally and internationally and you thrive on reaching your sales targets and exceeding client service expectations. These skills combined with your extensive product offering will enable you to provide your clients with a complete solution.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Electrical engineering or trade qualification.
• Knowledge of project electrification and control systems. (DCS)
• Strong strategic sales skills along with C-level presentation experience.
• You must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ideally you will have experience of the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas industries.

What's on offer?
A negotiable base salary of $150,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained company vehicle, vehicle allowance or novated lease and a generous bonus structure of up to 20% of you base salary is on offer but more importantly you will have career succession opportunities made available that will be both challenging and fulfilling.
