Be the "go to" person for a truck body manufacturer as the Factory Foreman. Archerfield location. Salary negotiable.
Our client is a National truck body manufacturer building rigid trucks, FRP vans, curtain siders and more for large dealerships down to small rental companies and owner drivers.
This is a "hands on" role. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision and management of the Factory.
To be considered you must have:
- Truck body building experience
- Experience managing people
- An approachable personality
Essential Duties include:
All facets of the company's manufacturing operations at Archerfield, Queensland;
Ensuring that production / output targets are achieved;
Ensuring effective and motivated employees;
Providing leadership and guidance to all employees;
Ensuring all employees are given appropriate training;
Expanding, developing and improving production methods;
Implementation of and support for, the company's OH&S policies and procedures
