- Managing the Quality Assurance Department
- Controlling production quality specifications and inspection records for all products
- Managing quality control staff members
- Investigate all customer complaints in an effective and efficient manner
- Implement processors and procedures as outlined in the Quality Management System
- Establish and maintain records of costs associated with rework and customer complaints
- Ensure all customer requirements are being met at all times
- Take part in OHS&E and ensure corrective actions are undertaken
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must have:
- HACCP, ISO and GMP experience (this is a MUST)
- BRS experience would be nice
- Experience with establishing and improving systems and procedures to achieve compliance with ISO 9001
- Quality Audit experience
- QA & OHS&E experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Exposure to HDP
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results within a short time frame
- Good excel and Microsoft word skills
- Experience in reducing NCR's
