Our client is a major global FMCG with a well known roster of brands. With a growing supply chain team and opportunities within the business, they are looking for a talented Buyer/Planner for their Manufacturing team with proven achievement within a FMCG environment.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will be focussed on supporting NPD projects through analysis, sourcing of suppliers, tender negotiation and project management transition. You will be responsible for planning and replenishment of raw materials, interacting closely with the procurement team and identifying production needs within the business.

Ideally you are tertiary qualified in a business, supply chain or engineering discipline and have previously held a purchasing or supply planning role within an FMCG environment. You must have excellent project management skills and the ability to work autonomously, within a team environment and with all levels of the business. You must also have strong systems and SAP knowledge is a requirement for this role.
