Leading supplier of suspended ceilings for commercial developments looking for an experienced machine operator to join the team!
Company products include a diverse range of suspended ceiling solutions tailored to suit customer requests, including a range of ceiling tiles and lighting systems to compliment the finished solution.
The main objective of the position will be to assist the Production Supervisor to ensure correct materials are manufactured and delivered in accordance with the company's project orders and stock level requirements, including operation of machinery in line with company 'safe working procedures', accurate completion of work orders and maintenance of machinery to minimise breakdowns and maintain quality of product.
To be considered for the position, candidates must be comfortable with the following position requirements:
- Previous experience in machine operation (ideally with similar products)
- Strong understanding and commitment to OHS requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude to teamwork
- Forklift licence holder (essential)
- Completion of drug & alcohol screening
