They arecurrently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to effectively manage a portfolio of end to end claims whilst adhering to WorkCover guidelines.
You will be required to provide the best quality customer service whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stake holders.
With the freedom to manage your portfolio your way, you will be provided with the best return to work and rehabilitation resources to ensure the best possible outcome for the claim
This particular portfolio has a dedicated Injury Management Advisor to the portfolio and large variety of injuries including psych, injury, TPD and complex claims. Currently it sits at approximately 80 mixed front and tail end claims which you will manage from end to end
The team has a relaxed environment and positive culture towards further training and education to make you the best Case Manager you can be
To be considered for this role you will have:
-
At least3 years experience as a CaseManager with either an Agent or Self Insurer

Solid knowledge of both Front and Tail end claims management

Excellent knowledge of WorkCoversguidelines and legislation
-
Experience coordinating and managinginjury management and rehabilitationplans
-
Proven ability to prioritise workloads and keep within compliance time frames
-
Background in Allied health would be highly regarded
-
Workcover accreditation
