They are currently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to effectively manage a portfolio of end to end claims whilst adhering to WorkCover guidelines.
In this role you will also be responsible for:
Developing injury management andRTW programmes
Educating stakeholders regarding their entitlements and obligations
Liaising with providers to assist inrehabilitation for claimants
Actively engaging in continuous improvement including ownership and accountability of a claims portfolio
Participating in and facilitating caseconferences with treatment providers
To be considered for this role you will have:
At least5 years experience as a Case Manager with either an Agent or Self
Insurer.
Excellent knowledge of WorkCoversguidelines and legislation
Experience coordinating and managinginjury management and rehabilitation
plans
Proven ability to prioritise workloads.
