In this role you would work with the workers compensation case managers and make recommendations utilizing your allied health background without having to worry about managing a portfolio! You would be responsible for improving results through coaching and influencing staff, customers, injured workers, service providers and treating professionals through a variety of activities including case conferencing and presence at client worksites and professional rooms. You would be working with a team of 8-10 staff and reporting to the state manager in your role.
