The role will see you responsible for: - Representing my client through the conciliation process
- Technical Claims Reviews
- Providing Guidance and Advice to Case Managers and Employers
- Proactive Coaching & Development of Technical Managers
You will need to be able to demonstrate: - Previous Experience as a DRM ideal (but not essential)
- Exceptional Understanding of the Accident Compensation Act 1985
- Substantial Claims Experience within Workers Compensation
- High degree of professionalism and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
