The role:

• Administering the claims process from end to end
• Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding the claims process
• Collecting data and inputting all required into the in house system
• Maintain high levels of customer claims satisfaction
• Customer database management

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

• Previous experience within insurance- claims, sales and policy administration within the insurance industry
• Previous experience in data entry
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
