Because of promotion, a highly respected global brokerage needs a Senior Account Executive. Your experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive is needed to manage an existing portfolio of SME and Corporate clients.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and future growth of a portfolio of SME clients with minimal supervision. This unique role will allow you to be directly responsible for your own business; the hours you put in will truly be rewarded with the big $$ at the end of the day. You will provided with support staff, a desk in an 'A-Grade' CBD office location and leads to supplement your own business development.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing, retention, servicing and growth of current portfolio of SME clients and new business opportunities
• Ensure a consistently high level of client service by adhering to all company standards
• Renewal preparation, marketing and documentation
• New business enquiries
• Claims liaison
• Responding to queries raised by clients, insurers and other interested parties

The successful candidate will have:

• Tier 1 compliance
• Previous Broking or Underwriting experience
• Ability to meet position objectives in a business environment
• Ability to communicate with a broad set of stakeholders
• Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain high standards and professional manner, diplomacy, confidentiality and presentation
