Our client, a large Government Department, requires a technical support professional to join their team. Involving inbound call management, level 1 troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network issues this role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in phone support. To be considered for this role you will have some experience supporting in a Busy call centre environment. Ideally you will have experience in Active Directory environment, receiving inbound calls and providing timely issue management/resolution. In addition the ideal candidate will to have: - Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in working to SLA's
- Current NSW Drivers License
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Accurate typing abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience in MS Office, Windows and Active Directory
- Experience supporting Groupwise/Novell VERY desirable
