A fantastic opportunity, for 2 proven sales professionals/consultants to become part of a leading IT Service provider in North Sydney. With a new senior management team in place, my client are on the search for 2 dynamic BDMs to manage existing client bases of 15 ASX listed companies, with the aim to grow them to double in size and increase market presence, within the next 2 years.

The ideal Candidate will be..

Experienced sales professional/consultant from a services background
Established networks and contacts within targeted industries inc Finance, Industrial and Telco
Proven sales record achieving targets and KPI's
Competitor knowledge
Technical background and understanding
Strategy development and planning
Client focused, proactive and driven
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Excellent Communication skills - Listening/verbal/written
Customer service orientation and relationship building
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

The successful applicant will..

Play an integral part in this Australian service provider, company wide sales team, responsible for achieving the overall target allocated to him and his team of consultants.
This position will ensure the overall success, operation and targeted growth of the company.
Work closely with Senior Executive team to realign accounts targets
Increase initial revenue to enable the aggressive growth plans currently in place by:
Managing, up selling and cross selling to 15 core clients
New Business development
Targeting and selling to target clients (ASX listed companies across multiple industries)
Building sustainable relationships and alliances
Develop an ongoing strategy to ensure monthly targets and KPI's are reached
Increase revenue to build a team of 20-40 consultants
Manage and reporting on all sales activity
Provide customer feedback to enhance all services
