A large Australian organisation in the health and human services industry is seeking a new project manager to assist on an ongoing project. The project will be concerned with the improvement of the Identity and Access Management Systems on site at several locations. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the strategic planning and commissioning of the new systems. The position is an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extension and will be based in the Northern suburbs of Perth.

To be successful, you will need to have a background working as a Project Manager with exposure to Identity and Access management related projects.

Previous experience with and knowledge of the following is essential: 

• The capacity to manage large teams, budgets and schedules
• Project planning experience
• Excellent Documentation skills
• Strong analysis capabilities and the ability to report project status as required
• The ability to identify project related risks and issues
• Exposure to identity and access management processes and systems
• Project Management qualifications
• Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders and business professionals
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines

In addition to having a strong Information Systems background you must also have minimum of 5 years experience working on large projects with a proven delivery record. You must be able to drive forward projects to the expected outcome and have a solid disciplined approach that is still flexible in approach. You must also be comfortable dealing with third party vendors and possess first rate communication skills.

• On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
• Managing stakeholders and the project team
• Managing the project scope, budget and schedule
• Ensuring the delivery of project deliverables
• Identifying risks and issues
• Providing project status reports
