Candle are seeking the expertise of an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client this leading Telco.
 
To be successful in this role you must have experience in working with technology contracts- particularly within a project environment or with exposure to projects to understand project risks, live system risks and critical systems.
 
You will have the following experience:

• 5+ years of post qualified experience
• Strong understanding of Australian Consumer Law
• Ability to rapidly familiarise themselves with new areas of business and law
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
• Strong willingness to provide practical advice to business that can be used immediately.
• Experienced in managing heavy workload and in re-prioritising workload for urgent requests;
• Ability to brief executives verbally and confidently on complex matters in an accurate and clear way.
