Summary
Organisation is implementing a Customer Focus Program with the outcomes targeted at putting the customer at the centre of everything they do.
In order to achieve this, one of the program streams currently underway is the Technology Stream.
The objectives of the Technology Stream is to identify key promises that the organisation will commit to deliver to the community, and highlight specific projects and services that can be achieved within year one and year two.
Responsibilities:
- Define business and IT requirements for website development and back office tools and processes including:
- Work with stakeholders and vendor to define requirements and resolve issues
- Manage review and sign off process for requirements and solution design documentation
- Ensure that vendor solution design documentation is aligned with the requirements documents
- Support the test manager in end to end testing of the website, associated tools and the processes developed; and amend and update tool and processes as required
- Analysis, development, documentation, planning and implementation of processes where required
