Our Government Client is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer for a contract position.

• 12 Month Contract
• Extension Option
• Large Government Department

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organise the development effort of a system solution;
• Undertake, individually or as a member of a team, research, analysis, development and project work in relation to business requirements and plans; and
• Assist with proposals, reports and recommendations, and provide suggestions and solution designs for management on emerging trends.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrated analytical ability, including capacity to investigate and provide sound advice and support on range of architectural and design issues in a technical environment;
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and development effort using latest Microsoft toolkits, for example: Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010 development environments; and
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in, or the ability to acquire knowledge of implementing Business Intelligence in IT applications.

In order to be eligible for this position, candidates must have an active security clearance, or be eligible to obtain one; therefore candidates will need to be Australian Citizens.
