Looking for DataStage Developer, responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise data warehousing solutions for a government organisation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide systems development skills, undertaking analysis, design, construction and testing tasks
- Provide application maintenance and support in a small team undertaking analysis, design, construction and testing tasks
- Resolve problems involving product running in the enterprise data warehousing enviornment
- Provide an appropriate level of documentation of the work undertaken.
Your Skills
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of Data Warehousing architectures and principles.
- Demonstrated experience with dimensional modelling and design concepts.
- Demonstrated skills in the development and support of applications using:IBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.x, Oracle RDMBS V9 and V11g, Unix Shell
- Good to have experience with Data Architect or equivalent database design tool.
- Good to have experience with IBM Infosphere Business Glossary, Metadata workbench, XML, DataStage parallel engine, Control M
