Location: CBD & Inner Suburbs

This popular eatery features an interesting Modern Australian venue and offers customers a laid back riverside setting to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and a beverage or two. The successful Chef will be skilled across all kitchen sections and be experienced with a la carte service in a high volume environment.

To obtain this role you must demonstrate the following:

  • Completion of a Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in a similar venue
  • Knowledge of all kitchen sections
  • Experience with Modern Australian cuisine will be an advantage
  • An ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent knife skills
