We are looking for a competent Control Systems / Automation Engineer to join a Global leading company in technology to be based in Melbourne. A company who has long standing history in cutting edge technology who focuses on innovation, you must be an engineer who share this vision. As this Control Systems / Automation Engineer, you are responsible for;
- The design and development of systems used.
- Setting and configuration of the network.
- Ensuring reliability of the system.
- Integration of the controls network.
As this Control Systems / Automation Engineer, you will be required to be skilled in;
- Programming languages such as C/C++, PCB Embedded, SQL and Ms Visual Studio.
- Experience and knowledge in PLCs and SCADA i.e. the use of ABB systems is essential as candidates without it will NOT be considered.
- Experience and knowledge in Networks such as TCP/IP, ethernet controllers, fiber optic switches and mesh networks.
- 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Degree qualified in Engineering i.e. Electronics, communications etc...
