A leading brand requires motivated and experienced people to join their highly successful team. Based near Town Hall station you will be calling warm clients within an established team of staff that keeps getting bigger and better!

In your new role you will:

• Sell products to new and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Assist in business development opportunities
• Offer outstanding customer service
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
• Ensure compliance with all legislative scripts and quality processes

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven outbound calls experience
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Have experience in working to KPI’s and targets
• Enjoy working in a dedicated team environment
• Be competent in basic computing programs and systems
